Application Fee:  
       This fee is required only for first-time students applying for admittance  $75
       Foreign students not in the United States  $300
       Foreign students residing in the United States  $75
       Foreign Transcript Evaluation Fee  $200
Registration Fee:   $50
Trimester Deposit:
      This fee applies to students enrolling in their first trimester at TCTCM. This deposit is non-      refundable and will be applied toward the first trimester tuition

Registration Fee:       Paid each trimester upon registration, regardless of the number of classes  $50
Clinic Tuition:per trimester credit ($12.66 per clock-hour)  $380
Didactic Tuition:  per trimester credit
($14.66 per clock-hour) all students

 NOTE: The payment of all tuition and fees, or the first payment on a time-payment option, must be completed not later than five calendar days after the first class day each trimester.   
Finance Charge:  $25
Optional fee paid each Trimester. Allows student to break total tuition and fees due into four equal payments through the Trimester. Choosing this option does not obligate the student to choose this method of payment each Trimester  
Internship: (Interns only): per trimester
This fee pays for expendable supplies in the clinic and for cleaning and disposal

Malpractice Insurance: (From first Trimester of Internship) per trimester
Must be paid or student will not be allowed to treat patients in the clinic

Textbooks and Professional Equipment/Supplies: per trimester
Includes books, acupuncture needles, other tools, lab jacket, herb samples, etc.

Herbal Samples/Supplies:(one-time)  per course  $149

Comprehensive Exam (Second year)  $50
Graduation Fee:   $100
Duplicate Diploma:   $25
Transcripts:
Each student will receive one free transcript upon graduation or transfer to another school, provided all financial obligations have been met. Additional transcripts will be provided upon receipt of a signed request in writing and a fee of $5.00 each

After 30 days, students will be dismissed from the program unless other arrangements are made with the Administrator or President.

Payable if registration fee is not received at least one week before the start of each Trimester. Does not apply to new students.

Refund Policy for Tuition and Other Fees

Drop/Withdrawals:
Students who do not complete the drop and/or withdrawal process by the appropriate deadline will be assigned a grade in each of their classes. Students officially dropping or withdrawing from the College are eligible for a refund of tuition and fees according to the following schedule. Class days indicated below are as defined by the Official College calendar, and not by the individual student's or course's schedule. Effective May 1, 2006, the Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine's refund policy for withdrawal from registered coursework is as follows:
Day of the Trimester Calendar Refund Amount
Prior to the first day 100%
First through fifth days 80%
Sixth through tenth days 70%
Eleventh through fifteenth days 50%
Sixteenth through twentieth days 25%
After the twentieth day No refund
Any student wishing to drop a course or withdraw from the College must contact the Registrar's Office to complete the drop and/or withdrawal process. Once purchased, books and other materials are the property of the student. This school does not accept material returns and makes no refunds for materials. A student may terminate enrollment by sending written notice to the school. Any refunds will be made by the school within 30 days.
